The 5 Senses Trail Walk

Join the Minto Mapleton Family Health Team for a trail walk along the CNR Trail in Palmerston (Meeting at the green space by the old train in Palmerston). Great for anyone who is interested in incorporating movement and mindfulness into their wellness journey. This activity will be approximately 30 minutes in total.
Spaces available for 10-25 ppl.
